The bottlenecks costing you meetings this quarter

What every SDR leader we talk to is fighting, in roughly this order.

01

Bad leads in

Marketing hands over lists that don't match ICP. Reps spend most of the day disqualifying, not selling, and the number slips before week two.

02

Outbound reads like outbound

The last tool shipped mail-merge with extra steps. Reply rates flat, LinkedIn silent, brand voice and outbound voice sound like different companies.

03

Ramp is three months, tenure is twelve

Every leaver takes their templates, cadence intuition and relationships with them. You hire, you train, you start again.

What Haiman does

Four bottlenecks, one workspace

Every message is generated fresh from per-prospect research, then rewritten in your SDR's voice. Cold email, LinkedIn, reply, and the deal it becomes: the same human, all the way through.

01 Outbound

Outbound that doesn't read like outbound

  • Bad leads killed at intake. ICP fit scored on every prospect before a draft exists; sub-threshold accounts never reach the queue.
  • AI researches each prospect (site, LinkedIn, news), then writes a unique email. No templates, no merge fields.
  • Rewritten in your SDR's voice, learned from past sent mail and every edit.

02 Social

LinkedIn in your voice, without the ban risk

  • One-line intent in, full draft post out, in your SDR's voice, with an optional image you upload or a matched stock photo.
  • No automated DMs. We draft, the SDR sends. Their personal LinkedIn (the network they take to the next job) stays safe.
  • Engagements view: queue replies, hand warm leads to the sequence engine in one click.

Three months into running EU outbound from London, the hardest thing isn't the GDPR copy or the time-zones. It's the hand-off between product and the first revenue hire: the moment “we built this” turns into “we sell this.” We've rebuilt ours around two weekly rituals. Happy to share. Drop a “yes” below.

We never auto-send. You click post, every time.

03 Reply handling

Every reply, in minutes. Not Monday

  • Inbound replies classified by intent: interested, objection, OOO, meeting, unsubscribe.
  • Auto-respond on routine cases, escalate the rest, in your SDR's voice.
  • Market intelligence by default. Objections and competitor mentions tagged; a weekly digest tells marketing what's actually being said in-market.

And the moment they say yes, it's a deal

  • The loop closes itself. A positive reply lands straight in the CRM as a deal on its account: no copy-paste, no booked meeting lost between tools.
  • Native accounts and deals on a stage board, company-scoped. Leads from your own site or backend post straight in through the inbound API, and your AI can answer them automatically, in your voice.
  • Already on HubSpot or Dynamics 365? One-way or two-way sync keeps your system of record current, via the connector, a signed webhook, or CSV.

What makes Haiman different

Most tools sell scale. We sell continuity

The voice substrate belongs to the SDR who trained it, and gets sharper every week.

Most outbound tools

Templates with merge fields
Generic AI voice → adoption ceiling
Auto-send LinkedIn DMs (TOS risk)
Outbound and LinkedIn are separate tools
US-hosted; vendor owns the AI, you rent
Templates outlast the employees

haiman

Every message generated fresh from per-prospect research
Per-SDR voice substrate → trusted enough to actually use
Draft & present: your SDR sends in one click
One workspace, one voice across email and LinkedIn
EU-hosted · verified by Google · substrate belongs to the user
Voice continuity across hires, effective from day one
01
Day one

Your past writing

With permission, Haiman reads up to your last 500 sent emails (personal details redacted before any model sees them) as live reference when drafting.

02
Settling in

Your style profile

A weekly job extracts greeting patterns, sign-offs, length, phrases you favour and avoid, injected into every draft.

03
In your voice

Your personal model

After ~4–8 weeks a model personal to your SDR trains on the gap between drafts and sends. EU-hosted, theirs to keep, exportable to carry into the next role.

Pricing

Simple, predictable pricing

Choose your package and the volume that fits your team. All limits reset monthly; upgrade or downgrade any time.

Full prospecting + daily news leads + dual-channel email & LinkedIn sequences + campaigns + email health monitoring + reply handling.

Each tier checks out securely via Stripe: pick a volume and you're set up the same afternoon. No services engagement.

Security & compliance

EU-hosted, GDPR by design, independently verified

EU data residency is assumed in the architecture, not retrofitted, and the OAuth posture is verified by Google, not self-claimed.

Verified by Google

OAuth client and restricted Gmail scopes approved after independent assessment against OWASP ASVS L2, the bar most consumer AI tools never clear.

EU-hosted

Application and primary database in Ireland; personal-AI storage in Frankfurt; training and serving in Finland. Business data stays in the EU.

GDPR by design

Right-to-erasure at the substrate level: one-click hard-delete cascades through writing samples, style profile and personal model.

Encrypted & isolated

TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, OAuth-only mailbox access. Every query scoped by company and agent; isolation enforced at the API layer, not by convention.

FAQ

Common questions

Templates use merge fields. Haiman researches each prospect individually (company site, LinkedIn, recent news, industry context), then writes a unique email tailored to that person. The result reads like a human wrote it after doing genuine research.
Yes. The personal AI follows the person, not the seat. Writing samples, style profile, edit history and the trained personal model export in standard formats with no Haiman dependency. Lead lists, sequences and sent-email rows stay with the company. The line is enforced at the data level, not by policy footnote.
No, and deliberately so. Every tool that automates LinkedIn DMs drives the web interface with a session cookie, which violates LinkedIn's terms and gets accounts restricted. Haiman drafts the message in your voice; you send it manually in one click. It protects the SDR's personal account, which they take to their next job.
Gmail and Microsoft Outlook / Office 365. Emails send from your own account using OAuth: better deliverability, no “sent via third party” warnings, no passwords stored.
Each SDR sets working days and hours; sends and replies only happen inside that window, so prospects never get a 2am email. You can also pause the account for up to three months from the app: billing stops, data is retained, and it resumes automatically on the date you choose.
